Terms of Service

Effective April 17, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CrewDeck(the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

CrewDeck is a software platform that helps small service businesses manage jobs, clients, invoices, team members, and bookings. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Provide accurate information when you register and keep it current.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

CrewDeck offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew unless canceled.

  • Additional per-seat charges are metered and billed on the invoice at the end of each billing period.
  • You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything illegal or fraudulent.
  • Upload content that infringes someone else's rights, is abusive, or violates applicable law.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or any user's account.
  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications that violate anti-spam laws.

6. Your Content

You own the content you put into CrewDeck(client data, jobs, invoices, photos, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it solely to operate the Service for you. You're responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

7. Our Content

The CrewDeckplatform, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or copyrighted materials beyond what's necessary to use the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (Stripe for payments, email delivery, hosting, etc.). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for their acts or omissions.

9. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time from settings. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if we stop offering the Service. On termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREWDECK IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You'll indemnify and hold CrewDeck harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or by posting a notice in the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use after the changes go live means you accept them.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in your state of residence or our state of incorporation.
